About HIKMA

Building the future of
healthcare execution.

Healthcare does not need more disconnected systems. It needs better coordination and execution. HIKMA helps hospitals turn approved clinical and operational decisions into coordinated action, from plan to outcome.

Why we built HIKMA

Healthcare does not struggle only because information is missing. It struggles when action breaks down.

Hospitals already have skilled clinicians, established processes, and powerful information systems. Yet care plans can still be delayed, tasks missed, and workflows dependent on manual follow-up. HIKMA was built to close this execution gap by connecting approved decisions to coordinated, traceable action, without replacing clinicians or existing hospital systems.

The execution gap

Care plans are approved but not always completed.

Tasks are assigned but not always followed through.

Systems record information but do not ensure action.

Leaders often see delays only after they have already affected operations.

Our mission

To help healthcare organisations turn clinical and operational decisions into coordinated, measurable action.

We aim to improve outcomes for patients, care teams, and hospital leaders.

Our vision

To become the trusted healthcare execution platform for hospitals across the region and beyond.

A future where people, systems, and workflows work together to deliver safer and more coordinated care.

Our principles

Four principles that guide how we build.

Human-centred by design

Technology should support clinicians, not replace them.

Trust & Transparency

Actions and decisions are designed to be traceable and accountable.

Execution Excellence

Outcomes matter more than intentions.

Built for Impact

We focus on measurable operational value and meaningful clinical support, not innovation for its own sake.

Our story

Why HIKMA exists.

HIKMA was created from a simple observation: hospitals do not lack data, expertise, or systems. The challenge is making sure that approved decisions are translated into timely, coordinated action. We built HIKMA to help close that gap.

Built in collaboration with healthcare

Developed with hospital leaders, clinicians, and operational teams.

HIKMA is developed through close collaboration with hospital leaders, clinicians, operational teams, and technology partners. This helps ensure the platform reflects real workflows and implementation needs.

Leadership

Led by a multidisciplinary team.

HIKMA is led by professionals with experience across healthcare operations, clinical practice, technology, and digital transformation.
